Founded by Neil Machlovitz and with over 30 years in the Custom Clothing business, J. Lucas Clothiers provides its clients with quality service, luxurious fabric, superior fit and unequaled style and taste.

Neil  started in the custom clothing industry working for the premier Custom Shirt maker in the U.S. for 16 years, Neil went from Store Management working up through the ranks to Regional VP responsible for half of the country’s retail locations.  He also worked as the companies National Trainer and was the liaison between fabric mills and factories. Trained by one of the world’s most renowned tailor/fitters, Neil’s love for the craft of fine tailoring is evident in his ability to blend the style his client is looking for with superb balance and expression in every garment that bears the J. Lucas label.

Working with the finest manufacturers in the world, using the most up to date techniques in garment construction combined with old world tailoring, we offer our clients unparalleled fit and innovative design.
